Uh, if you look at the footnote, that was for the past 5 years. This rating is not forward looking and with Lee county unemployment rate up to 5.2% from 3.1% last year, it appears this rating means very little. Besides most of the job growth that produced the ranking, construction and retail, are now shrinking.

 You need to find good news about the future not what was.

Now is a great time to buy in Southwest Florida and you can't get any better than property in Cape Coral... Gulf Access property under 300k and there are plenty...
